When everything is right, we will help manage all necessary bookings, as well as to clarify any concerns, like visas, travel insurance, etc. You’ll receive a full digital itinerary with all of your trip plans, confirmations, and contacts to ensure you are ready to depart.

5. BON VOYAGE
Before departure, we will contact your hotels to guarantee your amenities are taken care of. Rest assured, we will be available to assist you during your travels as needed.

6. FEEDBACK
We will reach out to get your thoughts and feedback on each aspect of your trip. We are always seeking to improve our services continuously, and we value your comments and feedback.

For custom trip planning, outside of the cost of my services, my trip prices are consistent with booking a trip yourself via the cruise line, hotel, or resort direct.

I value transparency and discourage any agents from being driven by profit off of a sale. I am a service-based agency, so I work on your behalf, not on behalf of the suppliers (hotels, tour companies, etc) paying on the back end.

After our initial consultation, a quote for trip planning will be provided and is assessed on a case-by-case basis, though you can learn more about services here.
