As a lifetime traveler, my passport is stamped with memories from countless countries that have shaped not only my business but my life. I'm always looking to discover more, seeking out the beauty and essence of every new place, and every place I've visited has taught me something. In founding Acera Travel - I put that experience to work for you.
The entire Acera team is a dedicated group of world-travelers, logistics coordinators, concierge specialists, and event curators. Our team has a unique approach shaped by experience in hospitality, fine wine and spirits, and a dynamic network of global partners to create bespoke travel experiences that you won't find elsewhere. These connections enable us to craft unforgettable journeys that are as diverse and inclusive as the travelers we guide. We embrace the perspectives of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ travelers, creating a space where all feel welcome to explore the world.

Our team can plan as much or as little as you need - for quick trips we can enhance your hotel stays with exclusive benefits at direct booking rates, or for longer journeys we meticulously plan each moment - we will collaborate to create the perfect itinerary for you. How It Works
1. REACH OUT
Fill out the Plan a Trip form to submit a new travel inquiry. Be as detailed as possible.
2. CONNECT
Once we receive your form, we will schedule a call with you to get a candid idea of what you’re looking for. Whether its hotel, resort & cruise bookings with exclusive perks, custom itineraries, or group travel plans - we’re happy to work in whatever way is best for you!
3. DESIGN
Here the fun begins! Our full itinerary services include the planning and booking hotel(s), transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, and more. We work to find the best options that fit your preferences and budget. With each draft, we have discussions, incorporate your feedback, and make edits as needed.
4. BOOK
When everything is right, we will manage payments and handle all necessary bookings. We will clarify any concerns, like visas, travel insurance, etc., and make all your reservations. You’ll receive confirmations for each along with a full digital itinerary that aggregates all of your trip plans, confirmations, and contacts to ensure you are ready to depart.
5. BON VOYAGE
Before departure, we will contact your hotel(s) and request special perks and upgrades upon arrival to guarantee your amenities are taken care of. Rest assured, we will be available to assist you during your travels as needed. Don’t forget to tag your photos with #AceraTracel and tagging @checkingoutlate!
